Privacy policy: Archery
Last updated 14 October 2026
Archery is an Android game published by Nessaid Android Studio. You read two wind flags, hold off for the wind and the drop, draw the bow and let the arrow go at a target down the range. This policy explains what it does and does not collect.
What the app collects: nothing
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. It does not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal detail, and there is nowhere for it to send one. Nothing you do in the game is reported anywhere. There is no analytics and no crash reporting.
What stays on your device
- Your settings: the language, whether sound is on, whether hints show in a challenge, the bow and the distance you last practised with, and whether you left the game in practice.
- Your best scores: one for each bow.
- The game in progress: saved after every arrow so it is there when you come back.
All of it is in the app's own private storage on the phone, and uninstalling the app removes it. The app never sends any of it anywhere. If backup is switched on in your phone's settings, Android may keep a copy of everything in that list in your own Google account, and put it back on a new phone or a new install. That is Android's backup, and we never receive it. It never includes the ad or consent records.
Advertising
The app shows a banner ad, and an occasional full-screen ad between rounds, from Google AdMob. This is the only part of the app that uses the network, and the only part that involves anybody other than you and your phone.
Google's ad SDK sends four kinds of information to Google in order to select and measure ads: your device's advertising ID, your interactions with the ads themselves, diagnostic information about how the SDK performed, and your IP address, from which an approximate location can be estimated. The app requests no location permission and cannot see where you are; the estimate comes from the IP address every internet connection carries.
That is Google's processing, not ours. We receive no personal data from it and see only aggregate performance figures. This is also what the app declares on its Google Play data safety page, and the two are meant to say the same thing.
Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Some banners advertise other Nessaid Android apps. Those are drawn by the app itself from what is already inside it: showing one sends nothing anywhere, and touching one opens that app's page in Google Play. Once a day the app also fetches a short public list from this website saying which of those apps are on Google Play; the request carries nothing about you.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's settings under Google, then Ads. The game works the same either way; the ads simply become less relevant.
Consent, for users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form before requesting any ad, and your answer is stored on your device by Google's User Messaging Platform. Choosing not to consent to personalised ads does not restrict any part of the game. Where that form was shown, the app's menu has Privacy choices, which opens it again at any time.
Permissions, and why
The app itself requests no permissions. The ones you may see listed come from Google's ad SDK, which declares them in its own manifest:
- Internet and network state: used only to load ads. No other part of the app uses the network.
- Advertising ID: used only by Google AdMob, as described above.
None of these prompts you. They are install-time declarations, not permissions you are asked to grant. The game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, files or location.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Selling data
We do not sell your data. We have none to sell.
