Privacy policy: Nest Hoppers
Last updated 6 October 2026
Nest Hoppers is an Android game published by Nessaid Android Studio. You tap to hop an egg, or a duckling, up a tree from basket to basket. This policy explains what it does and does not collect.
What the app collects: nothing
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. It does not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal detail, and there is nowhere for it to send one. Nothing you do in the game is reported anywhere. There is no analytics and no crash reporting.
What stays on your device
- Your settings: the language, the basket size, the length of an arcade level, whether sound is on, and whether you climb with the egg or the duckling.
- Your best scores, for each mode and difficulty.
- The game in progress, saved when you leave the app so it is there when you come back.
- Games you save by name, and the names you gave them.
All of it is in the app's own private storage on the phone, and uninstalling the app removes it. Nothing in that list leaves the device.
Advertising
The app shows a banner ad, and an occasional full-screen ad between games, from Google AdMob. This is the only part of the app that uses the network, and the only part that involves anybody other than you and your phone.
Google's ad SDK sends four kinds of information to Google in order to select and measure ads: your device's advertising ID, your interactions with the ads themselves, diagnostic information about how the SDK performed, and your IP address, from which an approximate location can be estimated. The app requests no location permission and cannot see where you are; the estimate comes from the IP address every internet connection carries.
That is Google's processing, not ours. We receive no personal data from it and see only aggregate performance figures. This is also what the app declares on its Google Play data safety page, and the two are meant to say the same thing.
Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's settings under Google, then Ads. The game works the same either way; the ads simply become less relevant.
Consent, for users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form before requesting any ad, and your answer is stored on your device by Google's User Messaging Platform. Choosing not to consent to personalised ads does not restrict any part of the game. To be asked again, clear the app's storage in your phone's settings.
Permissions, and why
The app itself requests no permissions. The ones you may see listed come from Google's ad SDK, which declares them in its own manifest:
- Internet and network state: used only to load ads. No other part of the app uses the network.
- Advertising ID: used only by Google AdMob, as described above.
None of these prompts you. They are install-time declarations, not permissions you are asked to grant. The game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, files or location.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Selling data
We do not sell your data. We have none to sell.
